STRIKO static mixers ensure continuous operation in closed pipeline systems. They contain no moving parts and are therefore nearly wear-resistant. All STRIKO mixing variants are maintenance-free, can be cleaned in-line, sterilized/steamed, and are easy to assemble if needed.

Applications
STRIKO static mixers are successfully used across a wide range of industries. Efficient, highly productive applications for mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, heat exchange, and reaction can be achieved with low investment and exceptionally low operating costs. The high cost efficiency also results from the fact that the low energy requirement for the mixing process is drawn directly from the product flow.
STRIKO mixing elements are also used in heat exchangers. The continuous movement of the medium between the inside of the pipe and the pipe wall increases heat transfer, saving length.
